The RemTekk Project

The RemTekk Project aims to provide a streamlined configuration and experience for progression through technology, magic, or a combination of both.

'RemTekk' started as a private project for friends on the Technic Platform that aimed to add magic and additional technology to 'Tekkit'. There has been a new iteration of this modpack on nearly every major version of Minecraft since version 1.2.5. The RemTekk Project is the product of several years of refinement and mod preferences from a group of dedicated players who have a passion for both vanilla and modded game play.

While we do not add custom code or homebrew mods (yet), over time we have implemented and configured many mods and feel that opening the project to the community will open opportunity for feedback, creativity, and ultimately a fun and streamlined configuration and experience for players.

Below is a description of the types of mods included in the pack, with possibly future mods to be added, based on community feedback and compatibility.

Our goal is to provide players with an enhanced Minecraft experience by including many different paths to master, while allowing players the freedom of choosing how they'd like to approach the end-game challenges. This project is intended for multi-player, PvE gameplay, and is currently considered an open beta. No public server is available yet, although a guide to how we run ours, while incomplete, is in the works.
