Supreme

Supreme is designed as the ultimate vanilla Minecraft experience and a su­pe­ri­or replacement for OptiFine!
It offers many Qualit-of-life improvments, high performance, (pre-installed) shaders and Optifine texture pack and shader compatibility. I use Supreme myself and maintain it (relatively) actively.

⚠️ Supreme is not the most tested modpack and can have issues, but it shouln't be a big problem. Updates to new versions can take a while.
⚠️ Some mods like Xaero's World Map, Xaero's Minimap (Fair-play), Accurate Block Placing Reborn, Inventory Managment and Extented Hotbar are detected by Anti-Cheats and/or could get you banned from servers. Disable these mods on servers with Anti-Cheats.

🚀 Performance

Vanilla performance is terrible, high render distances and shaders will make the game lag on high-end hardware. OptiFine is an improvement, but is outdone by performance mods like Sodium.
The real winner is Supreme! FPS get tripled, and still outdo vanilla with shaders. (See Gallery or Spoiler for comparison.)

🌄 Shaders

Supreme supports almost all shaders made for OptiFine, but offers performance on another level with great performance and instant shader switching. Performance with shader can be double of vanilla with no shaders.
You get 3 pre-installed shaders with Supreme: Complementary, Super Duper Vanilla and Solas, but you can add any other shader at any time.

🔍 Quality of life

You want to see the panorama on the world screen? You want a (on servers allowed) minimap? WorldEdit? Better inventory managment, fullbright and the optifine zoom?
Supreme comes with "a few" quality-of-life mods improving your (in-game) life more than OptiFine or other popular modpacks, but without overloading your game with useless mods. But it does overload you keybind screen...

Supreme is designed to work with all shaders and texture packs that use OptiFine features like animations, skyboxes or connected textures.
