TafariCraft - Reborn

The original TafariCraft was built around the classic era of modded Minecraft, but Minecraft has changed dramatically since then. Mods have evolved, entire modding systems have been replaced, new technologies and magic systems have appeared, and many of the mods that defined the original pack have either been rewritten or replaced.

TafariCraft - Reborn isn't an attempt to recreate the old pack exactly.

Instead, it's a reimagining of TafariCraft for Minecraft 1.20.1.

The goal is to keep the spirit of the original while taking advantage of everything modern modded Minecraft has to offer.

From massive Create factories and automated rail networks to Mekanism machinery, Applied Energistics storage systems, magic, exploration, dangerous bosses, new dimensions, farming, building, and programmable computers — TafariCraft - Reborn brings together a huge collection of systems for players to discover.

A lot has changed.

Some mods from the original TafariCraft are no longer available for modern Minecraft. Others have been completely rewritten. New mods now fill roles that didn't exist in the original pack, while some familiar systems have evolved into something much more powerful.

Rather than simply replacing every old mod one-for-one, TafariCraft - Reborn builds a new experience around the same idea:
