Description

This is a light modpack for those looking for a challenge in both surviving and adventuring! With only 44 mods, this modpack is recommended to be played on Hard/Hardcore mode for the true survivalist experience (newer players may not want to play on these modes).

The larger mods in this pack seek to improve survival and adventure aspects of the game, such as:

The Betweenlands (a new dimension which is a cursed swamp, full of dungeons and many new things to explore)

Atum 2 (another dimension of sand, pyramids, and many bandits wanting your belongings)

Apotheosis (increases max enchant level cap to 150, done with Hellshelves. New enchants and potions are added, an most enchants are also able to go much higher than before)

Journey Map (minimap in top-right corner)

Tough As Nails (adds thirst and temperature meter on HUD, can be regulated)

Serene Seasons (adds seasons to change environment and allow crops to grow in specific seasons)

Roguelike Dungeons (adds many dungeons to the world, marked with structures)

Wesley's Roguelike Dungeons (adds large underground dungeons to the world, dungeon dimension portal at X 0 Z 0)

Vies Craft (adds craftable airships to explore the world. must use Vies Craft's table to make)

Baubles (adds a new inventory to put Betweenlands trinkets and backpacks in)

Enhanced Armaments (can add abilities + level up weapons and armor)

Level Up! Reloaded (can level up character with abilities)

Ender Storage 1.8+ (can color code new ender chests, allows for thousands of combinations to make seperate sets of ender chests, pouches, and liquid containers)

This pack contains a couple cosmetic mods, such as Malisis Doors (adds new doors/trapdoors) and Stellar Sky (adds cooler day + night sky).

Some quality of life mods were also included:

Improved Backpacks (more room for stuff while away from home)

Ender Crop (can produce Ender Pearls with Ender Seeds)

Gravestone Mod (Items won't despawn after death, instead will stay in gravestone)

Freelook (press ALT and look around without moving character)

MultiMine (can continue to mine a block from where you left off after looking away)

Auto Pickup (instantly pick up items and XP when killing mobs, mining, etc.)

Tree Chopper (can mine entire tree if using axe, crouch to disable)

Hotkeys:

L accesses your Level Up menu.

J accesses Journey Map menu, used to customize the minimap

K accesses your weapon/armor upgrade menu

C accesses The Betweenlands equipment menu (the menu won't be there until you acquire a piece of Betweenlands equipment (Lurker Skin Pouches, Amulets, etc.)

B accesses your Baubles inventory (area for putting a backpack in, and a few Betweenlands trinkets too)

Pressing U while hovering over an item in JEI menu (to the right of regular inventory) shows uses for the item in crafting, while R shows the recipe for the item

Right click while holding an item with mending to repair it with XP

Right click on a water source block to replenish thirst (must be holding nothing)

F7 reveals light levels. Yellow means mobs can spawn there at night, and red means mobs can spawn there now

Holding X stops Auto Pickup when obtaining items/xp)
