"TandB - Just some adds" lets you enhance the common minecraft experience.

You want more biomes? - Biomes O'Plenty, Oh the Biomes You'll Go and Regions Unexplored give you a huge variety of new biomes like strange looking forests, underground biomes, beautiful mountains, etc etc.
You want to cook and eat more diverse? - Pam's HarvestCraft, Farmer's Delight and Cooking for Blockheads give you a real kitchen with a sink, fridge, kitchen counters, toasters etc., and also a LOT of more crops and food recipes.

You will get a lot of more structures and dungeons that can be explored throughout the whole map. New buildings and overhauled Vanilla structures (mineshafts, strongholds,...) won't let you become bored.
You want to have a more diverse weapon stack? You can fight with enchanted Battle Axes, Rapiers, Broad Swords, and many more. You will craft them in your own smeltery out of a lot of different materials. You want a Bone Axe? No problem. You want it to be more "devil"-like? Craft it out of Netherrack...
You can chisel a lot of blocks so you can make your buildings more detailed.
You feel more like an engineer? You can craft low-tech like watermills or high-tech like a yellorite powered reactor to produce your power.
Dozens of extra mobs can be found everywhere....

And last but not least:
Quality of Minecraft Life features like Auto-Refill so you don't have to open your inventory and equip the next pickaxe if yours got broken; right-click harvesting, a mini (and maxi)-map, chopping trees with just breaking one block of it, ...
and many more features.

Ah.. did I mention the Zombie hordes? No... well... you will see now and then in the nights.
