Flux Networks, adds configurable networks, which you can make through any of the technology blocks the mod adds, allows wireless energy distribution and infinite range wireless charging.

When Dungeons Arise, adds a lot of dungeons
New Tardis mod (my fav), Doctor who inspired mod which adds the time travel capsule called the "TARDIS"
Project E, Alchemy mod, one of the best features is the Transmutation Table which lets you kind of "trade" items for other items.
MrCrayFish mods, Gun mod and vehicle mod, pretty self-explanatory
