Fractured Reality is a horror-driven Minecraft 1.20.1 Forge/NeoForge modpack where reality slowly unravels around you. Every cave feels deeper than it should. Every forest is unnaturally silent. Every distant figure makes you question whether you really saw it.

This isn't a modpack about constant jumpscares—it's about building tension. The longer you survive, the more the world begins to feel... wrong.
