Description

Basic Description A vanilla+ style modpack with many QOL features that just make sense, plus graphics and sound engine improvements! Please keep this modpack and all it's contents hosted on CurseForge as per the request of some of the mod authors.

 Farming

The modpack features mods that make farming less tiresome and more fun, such as no crop trample, croptopia mod which adds numerous new crops and fruiting trees to the game that only spawn in certain biomes, the ability to get string from wool, automatic replanting of crops from harvested seeds using a hoe, plus harvest scythes which increase harvest range! Additionally, there is a mod that adds a simple feeding trough to make breeding animals easier!

Inventory Management

Inventory management mods are a big part of this modpack. I have added a backpacks mod, inventory sorting through a button in the inventory menu, and a keybind for accessing shulker boxes directly from your inventory by using a keybind with the mouse hovering over the shulker box or by using the keybind while holding the shulker box! Additionally, I have added mouse tweaks, a popular mod for mouse based macros for inventory management!

Enchanting/Trading

I have also added mods that help with enchanting related needs, such as easy enchantment rerolls in the enchanting table, infinite villager trades, the ability to bottle xp for later use (by crouching and holding a bottle while right clicking. Be warned, this costs health!)

Recipes, tooltips, and information, Oh my!

Long time fans of recipe viewing mods may recognize the mod Roughly Enough Items (REI). For those who aren't familiar, this mod adds a list of all in game items, vanilla or modded, viewable in the inventory screen. You may select an item to view it's crafting recipe. You may also search for a specific item to view it's crafting recipe. Due to REI taking up the right hand side of the inventory menu, I have added a mod called effects left, which moves the status effects plaque in the inventory menu to the left side to avoid interference. Additionally, there is tooltip information displayed at the top of the hud detailing what you are looking at, provided by the mod WTHIT (What The Hell Is That). There are also mods that give increased information in both menus and tooltips regarding numerous things, such as enchantments, beehive information, and more! Also, I have added BetterF3, which color codes the F3 menu to make the information more organized and readable!

Adventuring and combat

There are numerous mods to aid in travel and combat. The comfort mod adds sleeping bags and hammocks for sleeping on the go! Easy elytra takeoff helps those who have a difficult time flying with rocket propelled elytra. If that's not your style, you can craft wings from elytra and a few other materials. The wings are self propelled, and consume hunger when using them. Elytra or wings can be equipped in a wing slot in the inventory, found by hovering your mouse over the chest armor slot. You may equip a backpack in a dedicated backpack slot by hovering your mouse over the same slot. You may wear a chest plate, a backpack and wings (or elytra) all at the same time! I have also added piercing Paxels, which is a tool that combines a sword, a pickaxe, an axe, a shovel, and a hoe all into one item. It can be enchanted with any enchantment that would normally apply to each tool, and it can be upgraded with modules such as the auto smelting module, or unbreakability module!

Graphics and sound

 There are numerous graphics and sound improvements, from the addition of shader pack support, realistic sound physics, dynamic lighting and more! Items that emit light while placed will also emit light while you hold them, both in your main hand and off-hand! I have added Visuality as well, which adds particle effects such as sparkles on crystals, sparkling armor, custom blob particles for slimes, environmental particles, and more! Shaderpack support is provided by Iris Shaders and supports most optifine shaderpacks.

 There are too many features to go over, spanning many categories of improvements from mechanical, to aesthetic, to quality of life/ease of use.
