Welcome to Tech'd Horizons

This modpack includes various mods from almost each categories like dimension, tech, magic, exploration etc.

List of some mods in this pack - Spoiler 

Tech - Mekanism+, Industrial foregoing, Actually additions, Cyclic, Draconic evolution+, Ender io, 
Refined storage+Simply jetpacks

Magic - Electrobob's wizardry w/ twilight forest addon

Exploration/Dimension - Biomes o plenty, Roguelike dungeon, Yung's better cave, Twilight forest

Utilities - Backups, Baubles, Building gadget, Chisel, Dark utilities, Mob grinding utils, Enhanced mob spawner, Improvable skills, Iron backpacks, Waystones.

And ofc all other tweaks are present like for eg jei, mouse tweaks etc

This is not Kitchen-sink pack but rather focused on exploration and tech mods and it is pretty balanced.
I made some few configurations of mods in this pack which are :

-Increased generation of gold, diamond, osmium, copper ore (the better cave mod will generate bigger cave making the underground having more air which leads in less ore gen per chunk compared to vannila so made those ore spawn double more)
-Recipie of slimeball (crafted using 4 wheat seeds)
-removal of few skills in Improvable skills mod (to balance)

If you dont want these configuration then you can simply delete the config file in the minecraft folder to reset all configs and make it in deafult state (it will not break anything so dont worry)

Well thats pretty much it about this modpack, and Im pretty sure you may have noticed that I didnt include popular tech/magic mods like thermal expansion, industrial craft, Immersive engineering, theumcraft etc
This is because well for tech mod, industrial foregoing, actualy additions,  mekanism, ender io will pretty much replace those and is much better compared to those. And for magic mod, I only wanted combat magic mods which electrobob wizardry was the most sutable one as thaumcraft, astral sorcery is more of an ability/research type of mod which i feel like it doesnt really suite in tech focused modpack.
And I also didnt add tinkers construct because that mod is pretty much replaced by draconic evolution as the tools from draconic is insanly op.

If you want to know how will you progress in this modpack you can refer my way of doing-
Start of world - Get as much ore as you can get and dive in tech mod like mekanism for machines, later on with the power generation you created you can create machine from other tech mod like acc aditions, indus foregoing for useful stuffs.

For tools you can craft atomic disassembler and obsidian tools from mekanism which you can make it pretty early game and has way better stats then diamond. And you can also try using some magics spells from electrobob wizardry mod (it is pretty simple and can make powerful spells)

At mid game you can create the twilight forest dimension for some adventure though it is completly  optional and maybe make some advanced power gen for tech mods. Also you can create really good xp farm usingmob gridning utils and enhanced spawner mod.

At late-end game create reactors in tech mod and after defeating ender dragon make some draconic evlotion weapons and go for chaos dragon battle for op weapons.

Of course this is just my way of doing it  and theres waaay more to do then these but if you have no idea you could refer it and get some idea.
