Technically Industrial is the tech modpack you have been looking for. Similarly to the game ECO, your choices can have dire consequences you have to balance your evolution into space with maintaining the environment. If you lose this perfect balance, the world will become inhospitable and force you to move off the planet where you will have to try again.
