Description
🧟The epidemic changed everything, cities have fallen, and now you must fight for survival.🧟
Ten Years later is a post-apocalyptic modpack focused on zombies, technology, exploration, abandoned cities and structures, firearms, and combat.
Explore abandoned cities, underground railway networks, military bases, and forgotten structures. Search for resources and weapons to survive while you fight against the infected and hostile survivors.
The epidemic began when the virus started turning players into zombies in the Minecraft city. Zombies are fast, can destroy glass and doors, and are sensitive to noise, light, and your blood. When they catch you, you will also become a zombie. Be careful, zombies will avoid other threats to get to you; some of them still remember how to use weapons.
ZOMBIES ARE NOT YOUR ONLY PROBLEM. There is also hunger, groups of bandits who want to harm you, the military that trusts no one, and wild dangerous animals.
🔫Technology & Weapons🔫
Rebuild technology from the remains of civilization.
Use Techguns mod to craft firearms, armor and advanced equipment. Build machines, process resources and develop your technology with the Thermal Series and other tech mods. Every resource has a purpose — from basic metals to rare materials needed for advanced equipment.
🏙️A World After the Collapse🏙️
In my modpack, you will find three types of worlds in which you will try to survive.
Ten years later (default) - "Ten years later, cities are overgrown and abandoned. Survivors, bandits and military remnants still roam the world. Search. Fight. Rebuild."
Outbreak - "Weeks after the outbreak, cities remain intact. Survivors and the military still fight the infection. Search. Fight. Survive.
(Easy difficulty, less destruction.)"
Ground Zero - "The military bombed every major city... but failed. Only ruins, scattered survivors and only ruins and a vast wasteland remain. GET SUPPLIES AND LIVE
(Hardest difficulty, destroyed world, start at night.)"

My modpack requires a few things you have to do yourself.
1.Optifine
My modpack doesn't include Optifine because it can't be included in modpacks. Go to the Optifine website and install the latest version for 1.12.2. Optifine is required for the TZP texture pack to work and also improves performance.
2. Ram
The modpack needs the right amount of RAM. The minimum is 4 GB, and the recommended is 5-8 GB (it's not recommended to allocate more than 8 GB).
3. texture packs
You need to go to the Minecraft options and enable the two texture packs that are included in the modpack (the order does not matter). They provide new zombie appearances for vanilla as well as Techguns.
4. Creating a world/save.
When you click "create a new world," you will see an entirely new menu. This is the world preset selection menu; there are 4 of them: the default 10 Year Later, Outbreak, Ground Zero, and Vanilla World. To start the game, you must choose 1 of 3 options (I do not recommend playing on the 'vanilla world' preset because there are no cities or BOP biomes there). Each preset affects the appearance of cities as well as the generation of certain structures. Here is a brief and detailed overview of the presets.
Ten Years Later - is a preset featuring overgrown and ruined cities; villages do not generate here (villagers can still be found in structures), Not every crate contains loot. This is the default preset and serves as the guiding theme for the modpack.
Outbreak - Preset contains less destroyed and less overgrown cities; it is a preset for people who do not like this type of environment or for whom movement is difficult. Every crate has loot, almost every building is in perfect condition, there is no terrain damaged by explosions, and villages are present. This is a preset with an easy level of difficulty.
Ground Zero - This is the most difficult preset and is not recommended for new players. The action takes place in the wastelands, and only a few types of biomes appear in the world, with limited resources and loot chests in buildings. Villages do not appear, you start at night, terrain damage occurs frequently and everywhere, and almost every building in the city is seriously damaged. Good luck...
5. Level of difficulty
By creating this modpack myself, I set it for difficulty, and for the challenge itself, I recommend playing on Hard/Hardcore mode, but if you are a beginner player, nothing prevents you from playing on Easy/Normal.
6. Enjoy the gameplay and survive in this brutal world.
