Tensura - Legacy of Chronoa
==========================
Your timeline. Your legacy.
Reincarnate. Grow in power. Shape your world.
Tensura: Legacy of Chronoa is a sandbox modpack built around Tensura: Reincarnated. Begin a new life, develop your character, and decide what that power means for the world around you. Pursue formidable abilities, establish a settlement, build a network of machines, or venture into unfamiliar lands. Your ambitions can change as your world grows.
The name reflects the idea of beginning again in a timeline of your own: a future still unwritten and a legacy shaped by your decisions. Chronoa provides the inspiration for that theme; the pack is an open sandbox rather than a scripted Chronoa campaign.
Discover what you can become
Tensura is the heart of the experience. Races, evolution, skills, magic, and companions give your character room to develop over time. Selected addons broaden those possibilities, while a curated starting selection keeps the first choices more manageable.
You are not expected to acquire every skill or follow one prescribed build. Explore the abilities that interest you and create a character that feels like your own.
Build something worth protecting
Create brings mechanical production and transport. MineColonies gives you a settlement to develop, with citizens, workers, and an expanding collection of buildings. Tensura barriers add another reason to think about resources and the places you want to protect.
How you connect these systems is up to you. A compact workshop, an ambitious colony, or a sprawling production network can all become part of your legacy. The questbook does not require one particular farm design or force every mod into a single progression chain.
Go beyond your borders
Explore structures, dimensions, and encounters from mods including The Twilight Forest, L_Ender's Cataclysm, Deeper and Darker, and Bosses'Rise. Tensura Immersion adds village interactions and events to the Tensura side of the world.
Apotheosis and additional magic systems offer further equipment and character options. These overlapping sources of power are also an important focus of beta balancing, especially in later boss fights.
Guidance without a fixed path
An English questbook provides 407 quests across 24 chapters, with Tensura grouped into two broad areas covering character development and the wider world. Branching milestones help you explore the major systems, while optional completion goals give longer playthroughs something to work toward.
Every quest includes a reward. Most rewards are small, useful items or resources chosen for their theme, with a limited selection of recurring rewards instead of unrelated prizes. They are intended to encourage progress while leaving the main discoveries and equipment to gameplay.
What has been adjusted
This pack includes curated starting options, restrictions on selected duplicate or placeholder skill acquisition routes, tailored quest rewards, and adjustments to selected bounty rewards. Targeted data patches repair recipes and other compatibility data without modifying the original mod JARs.
The aim is a coherent Tensura-centered sandbox in which building, exploration, automation, and character growth all have a place. We are refining the connections between those systems rather than adding content simply to increase the mod count.
