Modpack
Tesseract Core
No reviews yet
Tesseract Core is a modpack aimed at expanding the game in a mostly Vanilla+ way. Things look normal to start with, then unfold into unexpected new dimensions, often literally.
Features content that solely expands on Vanilla mechanics and gameplay.
Forge is a popular mod loader for versions 1.1+ of Minecraft.

About
Description
Tesseract Core aims to expand Minecraft in many respects without fundamentally changing the core game. I've tried to include mods that could have (or should have, or in same cases were in later releases) been part of vanilla Minecraft.
Major Additions
- More colour options courtesy of Dye Depot and Dye the World.
- More building options thanks to Chipped, Chisels & Bits, and Domum Ornamentum.
- Complete coverage of all new wood and stone types in craftable blocks and items with Every Compat.
- More food, drink, and decorations with the Let's Do series.
- Lots more animals with Creatures & Beasts, Critters & Companions, Exotic Birds, Koopa's Critters, and Unusual Fish.
- More mob variety including Creeper Overhaul, Enderman Overhaul, and Golem Overhaul.
- Major updates to the standard dimensions with Regions Unexplored, Incendium, and Nullscape.
- More dimensions to explore including the Aether, Blue Skies, the Twilight Forest, and the Undergarden.
- New transport options with Laendli Transport.
- Better enchantments with Allurement, Domestication Innovation, and Neko's Enchanted Books.
- Your items will remain on your body if you die thanks to Corpse. And your pets can be revived if they die thanks to Pet Cemetery.
- Essential quality-of-life upgrades through Supplementaries, Quark, and Clutter.
- Backports of most of the feature releases since 1.20.1.
- And a whole lot more.
Notes: This modpack allocates 8GB of RAM. It includes around 1100 mobs and 45,000 distinct blocks and objects, so it does require more resources than simpler packs.
It uses Sinytra Connector to load the small number of included Fabric mods (Clutter, Countered's Terrain Slabs, and Plenty of Armors) but I haven't seen any issues there.
