Description
The Dragon Between is a kitchen-sink modpack inspired by Terraria and the Dungeons and Dragons setting of Eberron that features over 300 mods that adjust or expand on every aspect of the vanilla experience.
It features a balance of industrial mods and magic mods to provide a blended experience of arcane automation and exploration.
Dragon Between has been fine-tuned to offer a slightly harder experience than vanilla Minecraft by enhancing both player power and enemy difficulty.
RPG systems have been added such as fantasy race selection, an expansive skill tree, and an expanded loot mechanic that includes multiple magical accessories.
Multiple quality of life mods were added to make exploration easier and the early game, resource gathering, and building all less of a grind.
Enjoy various cozy and homestead mods that expand on furniture, farming, fashion, and cooking.
Multiple new passive, neutral, and hostile mobs to fight, tame, trade, or flee as well as both static and procedurally generated bosses.
Biome overhauls, hundreds of structures, and 6 new dimensions to explore.

> Mods were thoughtfully selected to provide a deep and compelling adventuring experience.
> Tools to assist in player power such as artifacts and spells were balanced against mods that increase difficulty such as adding new mobs or adding dangerous versions of mobs
> Like in the Dungeons and Dragons world of Eberron, magic and tech mods were added that compliment each other rather than contrast.
> All mods were selected to maximize compatibility including finding specific cross-compatibility mods
> Mods were excluded if they had an aesthetic that is more modern than "steampunk."
> Many popular mods were not added such as Apotheosis and Silent Gear due to not being compatible with many other mods in the pack or for introducing a mechanic that wouldn't be applied to all the other gear present.
Questbook
> The in-game questbook presents all of the largest mods in the pack grouped by type.
> Dragon Between does not offer a linear progression path in its questbook and instead presents simple tips and introductions to most of the mods in the pack to allow the player to pick the content they want to engage with.
> All quests are named after their parent mod and are designed to help you craft, find, or gather the first item(s) you need to get started with it.
> If a mod changes gameplay in a meaningful way, even if it doesn't add any unique items, then it has a quest added that describes what the mod does to help interact with it better.
