Description

A balanced parasite apocalypse, with some of the best mods, you will receive the best apocalyptic feeling. If its hard for you to survive, I have written some tips below.

THIS MODPACK IS NOT CREATED FOR NORMAL WORLDS. USE THE WORLD TYPE COSTUMIZED AND DO THE CHANGES I MENTIONED BELOW.

click on the customize button and disable: everything exept villages. Then instead of biome "all" put plains. Then click on next page and do what i mentioned below.SS= spawn size ST = spawn tries MH = min / max height

dirt: ss=50   st=40   mh=0   mh=255

gravel: ss=50   st=40   mh=64   mh=255

granite/diorite/andsite   st=0

coal ore: ss=12   st=40   mh=0   mh=255

iron ore: ss=12   st=40   mh=0   mh=255

gold ore: ss=9   st=10   mh=0   mh=64

redstone ore: ss=8   st=20   mh=0   mh=255

diamond ore: ss=8   st=3   mh=0   mh=32

lapis ore: ss=17   st=1   (dont change the center/spread height)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

amethyst: ss=8   st=0.5   mh=0   mh=32

opal: ss=8   st=0.25   mh=0   mh=32

(amethyst and opal are ready by deafults)

now you are ready to create your world!

Information: While parasites kill other mobs and evolve, they will earn points. These points will make them stronger. For example when they reach 300 points, their phase will change to 1. There are 8 of these phases. Every phase will make parasites way stronger, so you have to be prepared.

Rupter: They spawn in phase 0 and after, and try to attack every mob in the game. If they win, the mob will get infected. Rupters are pretty weak tho, so you can take them down easily.

Buglin: This small warm looking creature is at first harmless. But after a small ammount of time it will grow up to a rupter. It can spawn in phase 1 and after.

Assimilated mobs: These creatures can spawn in phase 2 and after, or they can appear when a rupter kills a mob. For example, if a rupters kills a cow, the cow will turn into assimilated cow. Most of them are stronger than rupters.

Incomplete froms: These weak creatures dont spawn naturally. They can appear only if a rupter kills a mob without assimilated form.

Primitive parasites: These parasites spawn at phase 4 and after. They are huge and strong. They can appear in every phase if some assimilated mobs kill enough monsters. Then they will merge into a primitive parasite.

Adapted parasites: These parasites are evolved primitives. They spawn when a primitive primitive parasite gets a total number of 20 kills or, they spawn naturally at phase 6.

Pure parasites: These parasites are a litle bit stronger than adapteds, and spawn at phase 7. This phase will force parasites to spawn at daytime as well.

Ancient parasites: These huge monsters which are considered as bosses, spawn at phase 8 and they are almost unkillable. If you see one, run away.

Beckon: This plant looking parasite is one of my worst fears. It will infest the land arround it and summon other parasites to defend itself. Well it is almost harmless at first you can kill it easily. Well they can appear to your world from phase 1-8 and every phase will incease the chance of them forming. They will spawn when a parasite dies, or on infested land. They can grow up to 4 stages. But they wont grow up in early phases. Stage one beckons will grow at phase 3, stage 2 beckons will grow at phase 5, and stage 3 beckons will grow at phase 8. Stage 4 beckon is the strongest parasite, and only one will form in thousands of blocks. It will also create the parasite biome.

Tips:

1: dont make a bed, you cant sleep.

2: prefer going mining and exploring at the day. At night you sould look arround for beckons and primitive parasites.

3: mine at the level 32 and below so you will find diamonds, amethyst, and opal. Opal is the best ore in the game and only amethyst pickaxe can mine it. Make sure you have fortune 3 before you mine it.

4: bows are weak in this modpack. If you want to use one, make sure you have flame on it. Parasites take double dammage from fire.

5: if you find a stracture with spawners, make sure to break them all, or parasites will kill the mobs from the spawners and farm points really fast. There will also be a lot of primitives formed.

6: make sure to build your base close to the spawn, so when you die, you will get back fast.

7: if you want to enchant, do not farm sugar ganes. Instead, find villages, and search the houses for books. There is a type of house that inside, there are 7 bookshelves (21 books)

8: you can craft an exp ore, if you need to enchant.

9: opal pickaxe can insta mine with enough efficiency.

10: kill primitive parasites before they adapt. Exept if your in phase 4 and after.

11: creepers are harmless, they wont explode.
