The End of Times: Origins

The modpack began with one simple goal in mind: Making the world of Minecraft cold and uncaring, but not so unfair you want to pull your hair out. There are plenty of tools at your disposal in this modpack to fight back the horrors that await. With an emphasis on RPG elements and world exploration, you'll find many skill trees and baubles to help you fight throughout your journey. As well as extensive skill trees, proximity voice chat, and many mods to aid with building the perfect fantasy lodge of your dreams. Just be careful if you build it out of wood! Or you might find a bonfire as you return from your long journey. I wonder who would do such a thing?

A lightweight modpack. Consisting of many great mods to further the peril of being stuck in an endless snowy hell, Create, Dragon Survival, Cave Dwellers, Macaw's wonderful building mods, Silent Gems, Sons of Sins, Vampirism, Origins, and William Wyther's Expanded Ecosphere.

This is mainly just an easier way of sharing my modpack with friends! But if you'd like to give it a whirl who am I to deny? The best way to experience this modpack is to simply load it up and go, the world holds many surprises for you to find. Also please go support all the actual mod authors! It takes a lot more talent to code then to slop some mods together.

Note about dragons...

I would HIGHLY ADVISE not to choose an origin if you're going to be playing a dragon. It makes the Dragon Survival mod act odd, and I can't guarantee a fun experience. Just choose human origin, then pick a dragon race. If you find yourself or friends lagging due to somebody playing a dragon, I would highly recommend hiding your armor using Cosmetic Armor's functionality. It halves fps for some reason. This is due to Dragon Survival's optimization, not the pack. And to further increase fps, you can disable player shadows in your shaderpack setting. (Have to use the config inside the shaderpack, the option is NOT in game)
