Description

Welcome to the Enlightened pack!

While still being on 1.7.10 it aims to provide the ultimate nostalgia experience, using old mods to make you rethink and relearn how to play Minecraft like you did back in 2016. Yup!

The Enlightened pack is modeled after several others combining the likes of classic technology mods and massive blowout magic mods.

There is Automation, technology, alchemy, witchcraft, magic of the pure and dark kinds. Enlightenment is what awaits you when stepping into this old but new adventure. Along with biomes of plenty to keep the area nice looking.

This mod pack stands out from the rest for using mods no man would possibly think is an intelligent idea to put together, with a barely stable framework and hundreds of useless mods it aims to immerse you in that competitive optimizing mindset.

The Enlightened pack has more magic-based mods than tech for a reason, much of the technology-based in it serves to improve the magic you can participate in. And with many different kinds of magic mods, you never have to get bored with just draining life points into an altar.

Project E also helps automate and bring what you want. However, it's recommended for those looking for a long play-through or difficult experience to avoid this mod for the early game.

This has exploration, and lots of combat-oriented mods, so have fun battling your friends or completely demolishing bosses.

It contains Thaumcraft to counteract blood magic and force you to explore this vast world.

Keep in mind not all mods are created equal and thus some are unbalanced, playing with friends is highly encouraged and the target of this mod pack as it was created for a group of friends.

Diversify yourself and play an absurd number of different things. Battle fire demons and vampires. Hunt your one friend who is playing a witch while you drive yourself insane to finally take down that pesky blood mage.

What you're looking at is a nostalgic experience so please go in understanding many of these mods to feel familiar yet a bit new from how they mix together. Don't worry about balancing and do not concern yourself with how hard some people are to kill. just turn off your brain and build castles to the owl god or something, Applied energetics keeps everything straight, you can hunt for jedi and sith temples, and you can become a vampire. Really this should feel like a collage of different themes made for many different people, so go in with a chaotic mindset.

This mod pack was made for a group of friends and so it may seem stupidly unbalanced and very odd. Honestly, it's a lot of fun with the different mods.
