About

Description

Long ago I really felt like having mods on my first minecraft server, which had been reborn after some years of lying dormant on a computer, I quickly grew tired of the manual way of getting all the people somewhat active on the server the modpack updates, and wanted a smoother way to do so, that way being Curseforge!

Interesting Industrialization is a kitchen sink modpack, meaning it covers a lot and has something for most people:

Its got factory and automation mods like Create and Mekanism.

As well as exploration mods that cover quite different parts of said theme, Alex's Caves giving us massive caverns which shelter hidden worlds, and Biomes O' Plenty generating new biomes for us to collect new flora in!

And if you prefer fauna, it contains mobs varying from tiny critters to mighty beasts thanks to Alex's Mobs and Caves.

If you've got an appetite, or simply like achieving the completion of a dish, Farmer's Delight, Farm&Charm, and Aquaculture add new dishes, meats, vegetables, fruits, and ways to prepare them!

For those of you who like to track down and defeat mighty enemies, The Aether is for you.

If grinding for superb gear is your taste, The Aether, Project E also fit it excellently!

For the Wizards and Witches among you, Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks as well as Ars Nouveau will serve you well.

If you prefer indulging in life's finer tastes, several mods in the [Let's Do] series as well as some Create mod addons and more are in store for you.

If tending to your garden soothes your nerves, [Let's Do] Farm & Charm and Farmer's Delight will let you do just that.

If you like furnishing your home or decorating your builds, several of Macaw's and MrCrayfish's mods alongside several others will supply you well.

At last, lots of rather miscellaneous mods add bugfixes, compatibilities, tools, improvements, smaller systems, some structures, biomes, mobs, blocks and items!

[DISCLAIMERS]

6-10 GBs of ram are recommended for client and server.

Essential may crash the game on startup on Linux.

The client-side mods MaFgLib, Tweakerge, ETF, EMF, Astran Optimizationan, Distraction Free Recipes and Oculus can crash servers on startup, so remove them from servers' modfolders, although clients can keep them!

During the making of every update I try to strip the modpack of as many mods as I deem unnecessary/unused on my server to reduce the resources required to play the modpack and the lag that said requirements cause.

Please check if you are using any removed mods in your world before launching it after a modpack update, so that you can either leave them be or add them back.

Modifying the immersive aircraft controls messes them up.

Turning on Cull Leaves's resourcepack makes leaves look less weird.

By adjusting the following settings you can optimize your installation (results vary):
