What is The Gang ?

+The Gang is a lightweight forge mod pack including only a few quality of life modifications to the game, the pack is meant to be compatible with

 William Wythers' overhauled overworld but you can use any data pack you like.

+The Gang is targeted towards playing with the gang *duh* it's meant to be a good introduction to modded Minecraft for your friends.

+The Gang aims at a vanilla plus feel (I know the timber mod contradicts that but people are lazy), there will always be a heavy focus on

beautiful terrain generation and the lightest automation possible (some mods make it too easy).

How do I use the included data packs?

In your The Gang pack instance folder there will be a folder

named "datapacks", where the data packs I have tested are.

Refer to this guide for further instructions on adding them

to your world or server.

Plans for the future:

 -expanding the mods library (but not too much)

 -keeping the available mods up to date

 -updating to 1.18 when available (I think a mod pack is more of an idea rather than just the mods that make it up)
