This Modpack is the one of the only modpacks that will make you sht yourself.

This modpack is a combinement or Nexor's Stalker, disortedsightings.jar and ghostpig.jar .

They add The camp ritual, disortedsightings.jar, Ghostpig and Nexor's stalker + Cursed Fog shader and tense ambience mods make horror ambience. Embeddium and Memory mods are included too!

I never get scared of Horror mods but this was way to scary that i couldn't even get out of my home. It is optimized and has shaders you can choose however you want. But "Cursed Fog" shader is the best!
