Themed around magical elements, mythical creatures, and enchanted worlds, often inspired by fantasy literature and folklore.
Centers around fantasy elements such as spells, rituals, and magical energies, often involving personal empowerment and magical automation.
Includes a large focus on traversing worlds with enhanced world generation, structures, dungeons, and more for players to find unique loot.
Generally combat-focused with playthroughs split into short "runs," encouraging players to frequently restart to apply new knowledge or in-game skills and loot.
Contains handmade maps or world presets with adventure map features. Typically features highly detailed builds of larger scales than seen in procedural world generation.
Introduces player leveling systems with skills and abilities.
Includes quality of life improvements and small tweaks to enhance and customize gameplay.

Welcome To Era of Magic 2 (Community Edition)
Welcome to this Thaumcraft based modpack, a lightweight 2nd edition to the previous pack "Era of Magic", Where there is quite a bit of content to explore. Custom Roguelike Dungeons, most of the big content mods are locked behind certain parts of Thaumcraft. Fly around the world in an airship using Valkyrien Skies, study the stars in the sky with Astral Sorcery, even build an airship in The Aether and fly around in a Hostile Paradise. Utilizing most of the Thaumcraft addons available we've enhanced your experience even further, using Thaumic Augmentation you can upgrade your casters gauntlet to thaumium or even voidmetal and even upgrade it with an augment. These are only a few minor examples of things you can do, and more updates will be added.
