Description

The World Forgot

The World Forgot is a psychological survival-horror modpack for Minecraft 1.20.1 where exploration, survival, and adventure slowly become something far more unsettling.

Explore an unfamiliar world, gather resources, discover strange places, fight dangerous creatures, and follow a mysterious quest progression. The deeper you go, the more you may begin to question what is actually happening around you.

But not everything is meant to be found.

The modpack focuses on atmosphere, psychological horror, exploration, survival, mystery, and unexpected encounters. Instead of constantly throwing monsters at you, the experience is designed to build tension gradually and make you wonder when — or if — something is watching.

🩸 What to Expect

  • Psychological and atmospheric horror
  • Dangerous and unpredictable encounters
  • Exploration and adventure
  • Survival-focused gameplay
  • A sanity system
  • Mysterious creatures and strange events
  • Quest-based progression
  • Dark and immersive environments
  • Secrets waiting to be discovered
  • A world that may not be as normal as it first appears

The less you know, the better.

🚧 Work in Progress

The World Forgot is currently in development.

You may encounter:

  • Bugs and mod conflicts
  • Unbalanced mechanics
  • Missing or unfinished quests
  • Performance issues
  • Placeholder content
  • Features that may change or be removed

Your feedback is very important. If you find a bug, encounter something that feels unfair, notice a balance problem, or have an idea that could improve the experience, please leave a comment.

This is an evolving project, and your feedback can help shape its future.
