The World, Refined

The World, Refined is a Vanilla+ Minecraft modpack that expands the original experience with new content, exploration, structures, creatures, dimensions, equipment, and more — while keeping the vanilla progression and identity of Minecraft at its core.

The goal is simple: make Minecraft feel bigger without making it feel like a completely different game.

You’ll find plenty of new content to discover, including some additions that go beyond what you would normally expect from a Vanilla+ pack, but everything is designed with one rule in mind:

Expand Minecraft, don't replace it.

 Vanilla+... But No That Vanilla+

Despite being a Vanilla+ pack, The World, Refined isn't afraid to add larger features when they fit naturally into Minecraft.

This includes things such as:

•  New dimensions
•  New structures
•  Expanded world generation
•  New mobs and enemies
•  New weapons, armor and equipment
•  New resources and materials
•  Additional challenges and bosses
•  Building and decoration additions
•  New mechanics and quality-of-life improvements

However, these additions aren't meant to completely replace Minecraft's existing progression.

Familiar Progression

The vanilla progression remains the backbone of the pack.

You'll still start in the Overworld, gather your first resources, obtain iron and diamonds, enter the Nether, work towards Netherite, and eventually prepare yourself for the End.

New content is built around this progression rather than completely replacing it.

Some additions may give you alternative ways to play or new things to explore, but the traditional Minecraft journey remains relevant throughout the game.

Overworld → Nether  → End

The goal is to give you more things to do along the way without making the original progression obsolete.
