Lore: the arrival of the Noxen's was caused by a great primordial, Blorbis who created the Noxen's in a deep spiritual realm known as limbo, limbo was a chaotic mesh of life death and chaos energy, with Blorbis creating the Noxen's and other chaos beasts. the Noxen's where innovative as their chaotic souls caused rapid mental growth. but the elves who are native the land the Noxen's traveled to from limbo. the Noxen's spread their inventions, but the elves grew jealous, so they sabotaged the Noxen's by casting a great spell using the blood of a dragon, and that spell reduced the Noxen's inventions into ashes and made them primal stupid creatures. but the Noxen's who stayed in limbo. they were safe but cut off from the mortal plane.
