This is a basic modpack improving upon aspects of exploration, combat, and progression, alongside making the game more difficult. 

EXPLORE: Mods like Waystones, Comforts, Wearable Backpacks, and Tough As Nails add more depth into exploring your worlds by adding easier ways to get around, quick access to sleeping, and even increased inventory space, all while making it more difficult by making you need to manage thirst and temperature. Enter the Twilight Forest and encounter new creatures, or delve into new dungeons to test your might and gain loot and glory!

COMBAT: Better Survival Mod introduces new weapons and 2 new shields to broaden the ways of combat, allowing more complex strategies to be used.

PROGRESSION: Buildcraft, Thaumcraft, and Botania add more depth in attaining better and stronger equipment and new ways to rule your world.
