Now you have to worry about:
-having a balanced diet
-sanity
-thirst
- realistic body health
-not suffocating in caves or mountains
-temperature
-stamina
-pitch black darkness in caves or during some moon phases
-conserving your food so it dosen't spoil
-eating diffrent food types
yea. thats a lot of needs. all of that definetly puts up some challenges to surviving in your world
