Towering

Modpack goal:

This is a small modpack just designed to have proximity voice chat, a notepad, and a few decoration and visual mods to enjoy some nice roleplay and minigames in a mountainside village. 

You will be solving a murder mystery!

Who is innocent? And who is the Demon?

Emote wheel: 'B'

Setup instructions:

1) Setup your voicechat settings (press 'V').

-> Once your voice chat is set up, DO NOT use the voice chat menu ('V') anymore. Groups will be automatically assigned via command blocks, and switching groups could break the game.

2) Apply shaders in video settings.

3) Apply the Invisible Item Frames & Stay True resource packs.

4) Set your Distant Horizons distance (the button to the left of FoV setting).

Server Setup (only needed if you're hosting the server):

Use the Fabric server installer, and set up the server (https://fabricmc.net/use/server/).

The server pack wouldn't upload for some reason, so for the mods, just copy over all mods from your instance of the modpack into your server mods folder.

Also copy the world file over (copy the 'toweringWorld' folder into the server).

You must enable port forwarding for the server and for the voice chat (see config & properties for ports).

Then set up your start.bat file & add the specified RAM (details in fabric the link above), and you're ready to go!
