Making use of Apotheosis & ToolLeveling+ to change how Enchantments are handled. 

And a little bit of utility making use of Reliquary(my Favorite mod of all time *wink*) since i think just a tidbit is enough to make it more interesting

There is something for everyone who enjoys Vanilla alot and also some secrets i do not want to spoil here and now.
