Trepidation isn’t just another survival challenge. In this modpack, the familiar creatures, structures, and landscapes are replaced with horrors that will haunt your every move.

Explore dilapidated villages with broken roads, abandoned mineshafts that echo with whispers, and dark forests that feel far too alive. The mobs you once feared are now only the beginning. Face twisted, grotesque creatures that lurk in the dark, and battle against forces you can't even begin to understand. The deeper you go, the more the world bends and warps around you.

Survival is a whole new challenge here. Resources are scarce, and the environment itself seems to fight back. Nightmares manifest as you build, mine, and explore, and dungeons and caves hold dark secrets that should remain untouched.
