You now have to manage your thirst and temperature and must try not to freeze during the coldest of winters. You must be careful of the dark, as your torches will easily be knocked over, and when your light level is low enough, you will start to die. even the water can kill you as you must fight against hypothermia. Eating bad food, living in poor conditions, or even switching dimensions can drive you insane.
