🌊 The Forgotten Seas
Ever dreamed of sailing your own ship across endless oceans, hunting treasure, raiding enemy vessels, and uncovering mysteries hidden beneath the waves?
In The Forgotten Seas, that dream becomes your only way to survive.
The world is gone. Submerged. Drowned beneath a vast, dangerous sea.
What’s left are scattered islands, sunken ruins, roaming pirates, and secrets no one was meant to find.
But you?
You're not just anyone.
You are a captain in the making.
You will craft your own ship.
You will sail.
And you will conquer these forgotten seas.
This isn’t a simple survival modpack.
This is a maritime adventure, built around exploration, creativity, and danger.
With powerful mods breathing life into the ocean itself, you’ll find:
🪙 Buried treasure in the depths
⚔️ Hostile pirate ships roaming the waters
🏝️ Mysterious islands with secrets and dungeons
🚢 Custom ships YOU build and command
🌊 A world that’s always shifting, always alive
Whether you want to become a sea explorer, a daring pirate hunter, or a legend whispered across islands — the path is yours to shape.
But first... you need to survive.
🧭 How to Begin Your Journey
Don’t worry, Captain. You’re not thrown into the sea without a sail.
When you start the game, you’ll find an Oak Ship Helm in your inventory. That’s your first gift — your lifeline. It's what turns your floating structure into a real ship.
Here’s what to do next:
1. Build something that floats
Start small. Use wood, wool, or planks — light materials float better. Avoid stone or metal for now.
You're not building a fortress... yet.
2. Place the Ship Helm
This is your steering wheel.
Put it on your structure and Shift + Right Click to open its menu.
Then press “Assemble”. Your boat is now alive.
3. Mount and sail!
Right-click the Helm again and press “Mount”.
Use your movement keys (WASD) to control the ship like a vehicle.
4. Make it better
Want to go faster? Add a Ship Engine and fuel it with coal.
Need more stability? Use Ballast at the bottom.
Want to build with heavy blocks? Use Floaters underneath.
5. Don’t forget these tips:
- Ships over a certain size won’t assemble — build smart!
- Symmetry helps a LOT with stability.
- Always carry some extra Floaters — trust me.
- Use "Disassemble" at the Helm to anchor your ship.
The sea is waiting.
Wrecked ships. Lost loot. Ghost stories. Cannons firing through the fog.
And in the center of it all — you, the captain of a vessel that YOU built.
No paths. No limits.
Only freedom.
Will you survive the Forgotten Seas... or become just another wreck beneath them?
