About

Description

This modpack aims to refine vanilla with an enriched environment and immersive atmosphere. No new mechanics or biomes, just a visual and audible makeover of vanilla, with gently ehanced terrain.

Performance: A few mods introducing better chunk management, various culling, and memory optimization help use your computing resources towards more efficient means. The comfortable choices of Sodium, Lithium and Iris are also included for convenience.

Aethetics: Bliss shaders is present to bring the entire world to life, but may be turned off to improve performance. Distant horizons is another such choice; it makes the world feel entirely different with vast landscapes in the distance, but may be disabled from within the game to further help performance.

Ambiance: How else to improve performance besides refining ambiance? Weather and sounds in this pack are my personal favorite feature. The differing sounds of rain hitting different blocks and the echos of footsteps in caves are a few examples of ambiance that make Minecraft a more immersive game than ever.

Visuals: Some textures and blocks have simple improvements to help bring together everything in your world. Better lanterns, 3d rails, and visual jukeboxes and crafting tables are a few such improvements to give your worlds a little more character.

Terrain: You will notice slight changes in terrain generation and biomes thanks to Geophilic. Not to fear, the entire world still looks and feels very vanilla. This mod just takes that one land feature that was perfect enough to convince you to found your base, and applies that same beauty to the entire world.
