Ultimate Vanilla+ is a curated Fabric modpack that takes the Minecraft you already know and gives it room to breathe — a bigger world, better atmosphere, useful QoL, and performance-focused optimization.

It still feels like Minecraft, just with a lot more to discover.

🌍 A world worth wandering

Terralith, Geophilic, Incendium, and Nullscape expand the Overworld, Nether, and End with new terrain, biomes, and landmarks.

Dungeons & Taverns takes vanilla structures further with dedicated overhauls for places like ancient cities, desert temples, jungle temples, mineshafts, nether fortresses, ocean monuments, pillager outposts, strongholds, swamp huts, and woodland mansions.

You'll still recognize Minecraft.

It just gives you a lot more reason to explore.

⚡ Built to actually run

Performance isn't an afterthought — it's part of the foundation.

Sodium, Sodium Extra, and Lithium handle the heavy lifting for rendering and game performance.

FerriteCore and ModernFix help keep memory usage under control, while BadOptimizations, ImmediatelyFast, EntityCulling, MoreCulling, AsyncParticles, and ScalableLux tackle rendering, particles, lighting, and other performance costs.

Dynamic FPS reduces resource usage when Minecraft is in the background, while FastQuit makes leaving the game quicker.

The goal is simple:

A large modpack that still puts performance first.

🎨 Visuals & atmosphere

Iris adds optional shader support for anyone who wants to push the visuals further.

Beyond that, UV+ focuses on the small details that make the world feel more alive:

• Better Clouds, CoolRain, and Visuality add more atmosphere to the world
• ParticleEffects, Effectual, LambDynamicLights, and Wakes bring more life to particles, lighting, and movement
• Sound Physics Remastered, Sounds Edge, and Presence Footsteps give the world a richer soundscape
• 3D Skin Layers, Entity Model Features, and Entity Texture Features add more visual depth while keeping the vanilla style recognizable
• Continuity and Sodium Shadowy Path Blocks add extra visual polish where it matters

🎒 Quality of life

No huge gameplay overhaul — just the things that make everyday Minecraft less annoying.

JEI, Just Enough Resources, and Just Enough Professions make recipes, resources, and villager trades easier to manage.

Jade tells you what you're looking at, while AppleSkin gives you clearer hunger information.

Mouse Tweaks, Inventory Management, Easy Shulker Boxes, Crafting Tweaks, Stack Refill, and Quick Pack make inventory management, crafting, and storage less tedious.

Traveler's Backpack adds extra storage without pulling you away from the vanilla experience.

Xaero's Minimap & World Map make navigating the expanded world easier, while Shoulder Surfing, Not Enough Animations, and Zoomify give you more freedom in how you see and move through it.

Smaller touches like Chat Heads, Chat Animation, Controlling, Searchables, Mod Menu, Dynamic Crosshair, Immersive Hotbar, and Status Effect Bars smooth out the rest.

Works with the Modrinth App and other launchers that support .mrpack files.

1. Grab the latest release
2. Import it into your launcher
3. Launch Minecraft
4. Play
