You are able to make giant reactors for the power that your factories need to use. Ender IO gives you the power transportation that you need. Mechanism gives you the ability to make giant factories to smelt all of your ores that you mine. AE2 gives you the ability to store all of those items you get from mining gathering and building. There are many other mods that you can use to build, mine, gather, generate power, and much more.
