Description

Vanilla Flavoured Batates is a modpack meant for small servers. It's meant to make your 2 week minecraft phase last a bit longer.

Trailer:

Features:

1. Gated End: The End is gated behind exploration, combat and XP you need to find dormant eyes of ender from different structures/bosses or craft them. Then you need to activate them by using XP(Different for each eye). You can use the activated eyes of ender to light up the end portal. (You can't use the same eye more than once in the same portal)

2. World Border: A world border is added to every world but it can be expanded and eventually lifted. The players can expand the world border by "donating" money to The Server When a certain amount of money is donated by the whole server the world border expands or gets removed. Players can donate via a quest or /border command (Also the game difficulty scales with the world border)

3. Claims: A way to claim and force load chunks is added but with a catch the player needs to purchase those claims every player starts out with 0 claimed chunks and 0 force loaded chunks. But they can buy claims:

  • Claimed Chunk:
    Cost: 10 Silver
    Limit per player: 150 store img of +1 claimed chunk
  • Force Loaded Chunk:
    Cost: 3 Gold
    Limit per player: 25 store img of +1 force loaded chunk

4. Money: You can obtain money by "feeding" the The Server potatoes this is meant to encourage progress and basses instead of anarchy. (Inspired by: PineconeLP Wheat for currency)

5. Nerfs: there are some nerfs to some mods that are deemed "Too OP" like the Waystones and Tom's Simple Storage. There are also some nerfs to some vanilla recipes like the Mace and TNT
