Vanilla+ Pro(Bro)

With the Biome Bundle mod many new biomes, dungeons and beautiful landsides can be found, the mod even uses a vanilla blockset and doesn't add anything new.

Some vanilla gameplay enhancing mods like Quark, Tinkers Construct and Constructs Armory, Extra Utilities 2, OpenBlocks and Random Things improve the gameplay by adding elements that should've been in Vanilla or expand the gameplay in various areas like tools, armor and gadgets.
