Vanilla with Sprinkles was put together by me and my boyfriend because we felt that many of the vanilla plus style modpacks available did not quite provide the experience we were looking for. We wanted something that stayed true to the vanilla feel of Minecraft while adding only the features and quality of life improvements that we personally felt enhanced the game. Since we could not find exactly what we wanted, we decided to create our own modpack and share it with others who might be looking for a similar experience. So I present to you Vanilla with Sprinkles +.

This is a Minecraft modpack designed for fabric and it adds some quality of life improvements and some extra exploration while keeping the original vanilla game feel intact. This pack focuses on small, intentional changes that make survival, building, and multiplayer gameplay smoother without adding anything that drastically changes vanilla mechanics. The goal is to keep Minecraft familiar while reducing common frustrations and improving overall gameplay flow. 💛

This modpack is made for players who love vanilla Minecraft but want just a little extra on top to make everything feel more polished, cozy, and fun to play without making it too crazy or overwhelming.

At the core of the pack, we added Vanilla Tweaks datapacks that improve gameplay in simple but meaningful ways. You can now get all mob heads for collecting and decorating ✨, multiplayer sleep so one player can skip the night without worrying if everyone has a bed, gravestones so you do not lose your items when you die ⚰️, unlocked all recipes for easier progression, double shulker shells to help with obtaining shulker boxes, especially when playing with a lot of friends, and armor statues for building and decorating as well as a lot more quality of life changes. These changes are small but impactful, making survival feel more relaxed and especially more enjoyable in multiplayer worlds. I've also included a Minimal Armor resource pack that I created myself. The resource pack makes armor less visually intrusive while still keeping it visible, allowing players to better see their skins without completely removing the appearance of equipped armor.

Minimal Armor Resource Pack:

• Changes all armor helmets, including the turtle helmet, into crown styled headpieces.
• Changes chestplates into a more lightweight shoulder pad style.
• Shortens leggings and boots to reveal more of the player's skin.
• Allows players to better showcase their character's skin while keeping armor visible and recognizable.
  
  

On top of the datapacks, we added some mods. The mod list includes a mix of popular and well loved mods that fit naturally into a vanilla style experience:

• Farmer's Delight 🌾 for cozy farming and cooking
• JEI (Just Enough Items) for making crafting and looking up recipes easier
• AppleSkin 🍎 for better hunger and saturation information
• Xaero's Minimap 🧭 and Xaero's World Map 🗺️ for exploration and navigation
• Waystones 🌀 for fast travel between bases
• Nature's Compass 🌍 for finding biomes

There are also additional performance and quality of life mods included to keep everything running smoothly, stable, and polished, such as Sodium and Lithium. ✨

Shaders are fully optional and not required to play the modpack. If enabled, they are only meant to enhance visuals and atmosphere without affecting gameplay.
