I highly suggest you install the modpack through the Curseforge or GD launcher. OptiFine is possible, however, I cannot include it as redistribution through CurseForge is not allowed, but you can bypass that by just placing this file into the mods folder (C:\Users\<username>\curseforge\minecraft\Instances\VarsetusMC). Other origin mod addons and datapacks will be added as soon as we have decided on which ones to use.

The server pack contains a test world (in the "saves" folder) and the EULA are accepted, so you also agree to them by launching the server.
