About

Description

This is a 1.16.5 fabric modpack with a focus on the origins mod

For information on the origins you can choose when joining a world look here:

There is also an added slime origins with these stats:

+Bounce on any block like it was a slime block.

+Improved Jump Height

+No Fall Damage

+Shrink to half your size (and max health) instead of dying

-Increased Exhaustion

There are also classes which you can find info on here Origins: Classes

Important Note - True Darkness:

In this modpack darkness will be actually dark. This means you cant just run through caves or travel at night without preparation. The darkness during the night changes with the phases of the moon. It is darkest during a new moon and quite bright during a full moon. But remember that the darkness also applies to the deep parts of the ocean and the nether. In the Nether there are lava lakes, glowstone patches, and glowshroom forests to keep safe. Blazeborns will have the mushroom forests as their safe haven. Merlings will have warm oceans as their safe haven as the coral reefs glow. And villages or lit up bases will be a great sight when lost in the dark of the new moon.

Transportation:

-You can wall jump against adjacent walls by pressing shift against them

-There are launchers for elytra that are basically upgrades to fireworks

-You can use riptide in cauldrons full of water

-Mobs will attempt to jump gaps that they can successfully cross

-You can test weapons against a straw dummy

-You can dye netherite armor

-You can put on cosmetic armor (doesn't seem to work with mc dungeons armor)

-You can make an atlas with a map of any size, a slime or honey bottle, and a book (acts as a minimap, add more maps to make it autofill new areas)
