- Graphismes plus réalistes : textures, éclairage, ciel et environnement sont améliorés pour donner un aspect beaucoup plus proche du réel.
- Monde plus naturel : la génération et les paysages sont davantage travaillés pour donner l'impression d'un véritable environnement.
- Survie plus réaliste : certains éléments de survie sont rendus moins simples que dans Minecraft vanilla.
- Mobs et animaux plus réalistes : l'idée est de garder un minimum le côté « cubique/fantastique » de Minecraft mais pas trop.
- Ambiance et immersion : sons, lumière, météo et environnement participent davantage à l'atmosphère.
