About
Description

Vibrant Vistas is an exploration-focused, RPG modpack with a side of base-building and food mods. It's the sequel to a 1.12.2 pack known as Quiet Vistas that had a similar focus. It's meant to make exploring various worlds fun as you see many sights, gather lots of gear, fight a wide variety of enemies, and build yourself a home. It includes many famous mods such as Botania, Blue Skies, The Undergarden, Tetra, Ars Noveau, Farmer's Delight, and many many more.
This pack is full-to-bursting with over 400 mods, datapacks, and resource packs! It's best if you run it with 8 gigs of ram as a result.
Also, it's just my personal bias, but I think this pack is best when played with the keepInventory gamerule on. ;)
Known issues
-Structures may occasionally overlap in a destructive way. (e.g. large tombstone inside of a plains village house, causing the entire back half of that house to disappear. The only thing I can think to do is strip the modpack of all its structure mods, but that would defeat the point.)
-Superflat worlds seem to only be superflat for a specific area before turning into a regular world outside of said area. (I have no idea what causes this, or if a fix is possible.)
Mods/datapacks/resource packs used can, primarily, be seen by viewing the relations page and looking at the dependencies.
