You can stay as normal steve or become something greater.
Join the empire or not, it is up to you.
Also a bunch of other mods to help with gameplay and new features and such. Like space travle (with the rockets thought)
Plenty of new Biomes, and stuff to make.
Play normaly or not, thats up to you i guess, mostly its normal minecraft with a few mods to increase varity and one mod to have fun with.
I mostly just made this for me and a friend to mess around with.
