Vis-Nilla

Thank you to the new PBR compatibility in the Iris mod, and the performance improvements of Sodium, you can now enjoy Vanilla Minecraft with proper PBR shaders (Complimentary Shaders) and PBR resourcepacks (AVPBR)! This is a vanilla friendly visual overhaul modpack with some minor, client-sided tweaks to non-visual aspects. This modpack should be compatible with any vanilla server, aside from those that ban or prevent the use of minimap mods (look it up before joining your favorite servers).

Included is the Complimentary Shaders shader with a custom preset that I feel looks the best, as well as the Another Vanilla PBR resource pack to give 3D-ish textures to Vanilla blocks! Feel free to play around with it to get the best looks or performance!

I recommend playing with all of the included resource packs. Reptilator's 3D Sugarcanes is optional to use if you don't like the sugarcanes included with the Better Models resource pack. Better 3D Ores is also optional in case you want that 3D, non-shiny ores feel. Dramatic Skies is optional if you don't find the skies from Complimentary Shaders to be dramatic enough. Please keep the AVPBR resource pack at the top to make sure the PBR textures work properly!

Currently, this modpack uses the iris-mc1.18.2-1.2.5-pbr-beta.6 version of the Iris mod, which while it is publicly available, it is in beta. This modpack will be updated to the full release of the PBR branch of Iris once that is available.

Keep an eye out for the 1.19 version! I'm waiting on a few more mods and resource packs to be updated.
