Description

Summary:

This mod aims to simulate the 2011 era of Minecraft but with modern aspects of the game including mobs, materials and biomes. It is all according to Notch's vision but primarily seeks to create that period of time when Minecraft was switching from Alpha to Beta (as seen in the game).

Main mods:

  • Nostalgic Tweaks is mainly used to simulate the feel
  • Shaders are optional, though better swithed off for an authentic experience
  • Modern Beta world generation
  • Small features such as zooming in and texture gap fixes for smoother gameplay

Will be tweaked and updated to create a good blend between smooth gameplay, modern parts of Minecraft and that 2011 feeling
