• Destructable torches.  There's a chance they can break if someone walks on them.
• Sanity. Beware of losing it, or you'll see allucinations. Or worse.
• Blood. Self explained.
• Darkness. Now caves and the night are more dangerous.  -- I suggest you to not change the luminosity of the game, set it on "Default".
