Quark & Charm offer the biggest Quality of Life changes. Quark makes many tweaks to how Minecraft works, changes the underground, adds redstone contraptions, building blocks, etc. Charm is inspired by Quark and does most of the same.

Aquaculture 2 adds many more fish, fishing rods, treasures, and a new set of armor/tools.

Underground worldgen has been overhauled by YUNG's Better Caves/Mineshafts & Subterranean Wilderness (as well as Quark.)

Expand your farming venture with Pam's HarvestCraft 2, which adds many many new crops & hundreds of food items.
