World of Dwarven Caverns

Imma be comepletely honest with yall, I'm not fully aware of what's in this modpack at the time of posting this. It's mostly just a modpack for me and my classmates/friends to play on our server. But here's a quick run-down on what you can expect.

IMPROVEMENTS

      I've added the basic suite of Vanilla+/QoL mods you see in most other packs. Ambient Sounds, Dynamic Lights, better crafting recipes, Appleskin, Quark, Supplementaries. Y'know, the works, just cuz I can't live without those mods.

DWARVEN STUFF

      The Dwarven-themed content is built around making the underworld enjoyable and interesting enough that you'd have little to no reason to ever go back to the surface. Taking inspiration from games like Terraria, Deep Rock Galactic and Stardew Valley. There's lots of mods here to make your mining experience enjoyable and rewarding. In my opinion; Dwarves should be equal parts rowdy (adventurous) and homely (hobbit-like husbandry). So you'd forge strong weapons to fight the horde with the gems you dug. You'd upgrade your base with the Create mod (did you think I wasn't gonna add it?). And then you'd relax in the comfort of your home with hearty meals!

Let's be honest, even after the Caves & Cliffs update Minecraft caves are still pretty dull and for a game that's half about mining, that side of it has been very neglected.

Which is where this pack comes in; Minecraft is the perfect game to roleplay as a Dwarf. And to me "It is Dwarven to seek perfection". So I've added a whole bunch of mods starting with Quality-of-life to make the basic stuff simpler and satisfying. Then of course as I said, the underworld had to be made fun and challenging to explore. -that includes having a wide range of new areas and mechanics -new mobs of varying uses and difficulties -tools and weapons to deal with/optimize the other two

And lastly, there's no point in conquering the underworld if there's nothing to do and no one to share it with once it's all done. In my opinion the homely things like the cooking, decoration, pets and trinkets and instruments are just as important as the guns, backpacks and cogwheels.

There's much more that I've chosen to leave out of the description and a fair bit that you can only experience first-hand, so get out there and start digging, comrade!
