Description
Client Side Version
If you're looking for the Server Side Version go here
This modpack is designed to enhance the Minecraft experience with minor yet impactful improvements, all while maintaining full Vanilla compatibility. It was originally created for my private server, but now it’s available for anyone to use and enjoy.
This modpack comes in two parts:
- Server-side: Enhances server performance and world generation, with improvements such as tree chopping and individual slab breaking.
- Client-side: Boosts client performance with quality-of-life features like shaders and connected textures. The client-side components are entirely optional and offer enhanced visual effects and smoother gameplay.
Features
Client-side:
- Performance enhancements
- Quality of life improvements (shaders, connected textures)
- Optional visual upgrades
Server-side:
- Performance optimizations
- Enhanced world generation
- Features like tree chopping and slab breaking
Why this Modpack?
While there are many optimization packs available, I created this one because I wanted something lightweight and fully compatible with Vanilla Minecraft. It’s designed to offer subtle improvements without sacrificing the original Minecraft experience. Plus, it supports some of my favorite mods, such as Simple Voice Chat.
Is this Modpack better than others?
Probably not, but it’s my first attempt at making a vanilla+ modpack! I focused on keeping it simple and easy to use, with just the right balance of enhancements.
Does this Modpack require the client or server side?
This modpack is incredibly flexible:
- For server hosting, only the server-side modpack is required.
- For singleplayer or local multiplayer, you’ll need the server-side modpack if you want to adjust world generation, but the client-side modpack is optional for performance and visual enhancements.
