No, seriously. Why. The vast majority of them suck.

ANYWAY

I, John Rando, have decided to throw a bunch of the more decent minecraft horror mods together for what I can only describe as █████ and giggles.

However!

I remembered I was American. So, of course, I had to exercise my god/president given right to involve guns and other means of "self defence" with this.

So what does this mean for you?

SIMPLE!

Minecraft horror modpack with guns and security cameras and stuff.

CONTINUING!

(this is the part where i say the stuff i need to say to get this listed on modrinth)

We (royal) have added guns as seen in "Vic's Point Blank," misc. automated home security trinkets as seen in "SecurityCraft," and ACTUAL trinkets as seen in "Artifacts."

All of these are, of course, to counter the horrible creatures seen in "The Broken Script," "The Knocker," and some less popular horror/generally unsettling mods that I won't list here for the sake of conciseness.

And, of course, if you're too lazy to leave your little dirt shack/incredibly well made base (there is no in-between) you can always farm with "Farmers Delight" and its associated addon(s).

If you feel like traveling instead, there's Biomes O' Plenty. And places. Why are you traveling in a horror modpack? And such a poorly made one at that? Are you OK? No, like, genuinely.

Also, theres a bunch of optimization mods! Because otherwise this pack will not run well regardless. And by a lot I mean enough to make it run on the crappy laptop I'm using.

Q: Hey! I'm a mod developer and my mod is in this modpack and I do not like that.

A: DM Me on discord @rando.imbicile or join the discord server if you want it gone and I'll take it out. I will apologize profusely.

Q: Can I add stuff to this pack?

A: I really wouldn't recommend it. Like, really. Unless you know what you're doing, don't.

Q: Who made that shader?

A: Nobody will ask this. But, its a modified version of a shader made by xxidbr9 on shadertoy, which in itself is based on the shader from Balatro.

Q: Can I show this off somewhere? Like, youtube or something?

A: Yet again, nobody will ask this. But: go ahead, as long as you link the pack.

Q: Hey theres a mod that I think would be cool in this pack/Hey the pack is bugged as hell.

A: join the discord server and beg for it and I'll do something about it. im very fickle and terrified of criticism

Q: Why is this "FAQ" so long

A: I'm so tired.

TL;DR

This is a pack for people who have a very American way of enjoying minecraft horror. You know, guns and such. Home "defense." Farming. Killing god. You know, the works. You want a new mod? Join the discord server. Reporting a bug? Discord server. There. Theres your crappy pack.
