Yo Pack is a vanilla+ and light-weight modpack that's primarily oriented around Create & Cobblemon. This pack also includes other mods that add lots of new blocks for builders, new foods and things to farm and lots of addons for the Create mod.
This modpack was created for the Yo Café MC server (a close-knit community of friends). If you managed to find this needle in a haystack, welcome! This serves as a great modpack to play with your friends and should also be great for low-end/budgeted servers.
